Return & Refund Policy

At Shophoria, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. Our return and refund policy is designed to comply with UK consumer protection laws while ensuring a smooth and transparent process for our customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
The return request is made within 14 calendar days of receiving your order (as per UK Distance Selling Regulations).
The product is not excluded from returns for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g. opened vape liquids, used vape devices, or tampered items).

❗ Important: Due to hygiene regulations, e-liquids and disposable vapes cannot be returned if the seal is broken or the packaging has been opened, unless the product is faulty.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@shophoria.co.uk with:

Your order number
Reason for return
Clear photo(s) if the item is faulty or damaged

We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

3. Return Shipping Costs

If the product is faulty or incorrect, Shophoria will cover the return shipping costs.
If you are returning due to a change of mind or ordering by mistake, you are responsible for return shipping.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
We do not refund original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

5. Exchanges

If you’ve received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product or offer store credit/refund as per your preference.
